So once again it is sunny. I am extremely happy cause now it is getting dark at 5pm instead of 3pm!

I received an email from my buddy Scott E. He was deployed to Iraq last year. Most of you guys know him, he also sent me some pics that I will be sharing with you all.

Hello everyone,My time in Iraq is finally winding down. Our mission to provide level I and II medical care is over, and our replacements have taken over. Now we wait to fly home. Unfortunately I couldn’t escape the “Kuwaiti crud”, as they call the cold/flu like infection that’s being passed around. As tourist in Iraq, today we visited the ancient city of Ur ‘the cradle of civilization’.

I’ve included pictures of the Ziggurat (the oldest structure in the world), Abraham’s house and the inside of a tomb. The Ziggurat was a temple to the Moon god. A solid structure, allowing people to climb to the top so that they could feel closer to their god. Abraham of the Bible, was believed to be born here at Ur, and lived here with his family until the age of 60 or 70. His house was very big, with many rooms, and stairways to the roof, where we were allowed to walk on. Nearby were tombs of the ancient kings. The Iraqi tour guide allowed us to explore the catacombs of these tombs. I imagine that in a few years these archeolical sites will be roped off, limiting visitors from stepping inside.

It was a great privilege to finally visit this truly amazing place.I’m looking forward to coming home to the states. The anticipation of hot showers and good meals keep me going each day while we wait.

Today has already been a great day! Cause the sun is out and shinning!:)

I hoping this week will bring forth some great news!! I have some potiential work coming. There seem to be great projects.

Everyone out there pray for 'ol Billy boy. He has a big project he started to work on this week. So keep him in your prayers!


And finally, we were over to Matte's Place(Mattias's Mikaela's brother) last night. It was quite fun. We had coffee and tea and so on, while watching a film.

This week was an ok week. Mikaela got another interview to another job!!! so that was cool.

I have been corresponding with John Harris this week and it is great to hear from him!

Tomorrow is church! Sandra and Richard(I'll upload a pic of them later) will be joining us!

Other than that nothing really happening this weekend over here in Sweden.

We finally got the box my parents sent us back in nov.!!!!! It had allot of great things in it. Like American candy and refried beans!!!! I also got Half Life 2. Mikaela got some cloths and curtains for the kitchen. So it was Christmas all over agian.


Mikaela on Tuesday has a job interview at a furniture shop so pray for her. Next is my birthday and like I have said before anyone out there who wants to bless me with an xbox just write me:)

Snowy days

Yeah it hasn't been snowing here for awhile now(which is a little odd). I have been so happy the winter here has reminded me of the winters back in sacto(still colder here though). But alas:( the snow has returned. Now downtown is going to be all muddy and ugly and it is going to be horrible down there. So I hope and pray that the snow will melt away a.s.a.p. and the sun will come out agian.

Today I went to see "The Forgotten" with my buddy Mike. I thought it was good and pretty freaky. This week I am just going to be getting some footage together for a meeting we are going to be having about passion. Then I might go over to Richards house and play some xbox!


For those of you who know, my b-day is coming up and I think i have discovered away for you guys over in the states to hook me up with some money toward my xbox:P I am going to set up a paypal account and you can just shoot me money through that:)

National Treasure

Saw National Treasure last night. I thought it was good. If you want to go to the movies and have a good time this is a great movie to go and see. I don't really want to sit here and critique every little thing, so i'll just say it was great.

YES!! Friday night, we are going to go eat and go to the movies with the Brandts at the famous Kista(pronounced shee sta) mall. We're going to see National Treasure. I hope it's good. We have really high expectations for it.
Anyways, today I had half a day off. Scott and I hung out for a while and then mom and I went to have "fika"( coffee/tea/snacks) at mormor(grandma's) It was great, and now we're about to go out and start this fun filled fridaynight. A good night to you all, I says! Love / Mikaela

Alright last night I decided that I wanted an xbox for my birthday!!!! A chipped one to be exact with a 160gb harddrive! Man I can't wait for that glorious day when I can hook the xbox up and start playing Halo 2 online!


Yeah finally got an email back from Craig D. over at actionhouse. Looks like things are going alright for them over there and I am hearing they have allot of work. We will see what happens.

Oh yeah back to my birthday. For those of you who don't know when it is, it's Feb 23rd so send me money or xbox controllers(the small ones) and a headset for the xbox:)

New Years in Skandiland

Just wanted to add this stuff. Billy and Marthe flew from Norway to spend the New Years with is and it was awesome. It is nice to chill with someone who grew up in the same country as you:P

Passion Conference

Hey guys,

So I figured this thing out:) The holidays were great out here in Sweden. During new years I was working at "Passion Living with a purpose" convention. It is a youth convention meant to get youth on fire for God! I had created allot of media for this convention and I think it turned out great.
